FAQ​

Do I need to sign up for an account?​

No. Just install the add-on and you can use it directly. The add-on will automatically create an account for you.

I see an "invalid API key" error. What should I do?​

Sign in to https://columns.ai, click Settings, and regenerate your API key at System tab. Then come back to the Gmail add-on, click the 3-dot menu, and click refresh.

I saw a "token expired" error when saving an attachment. What should I do?​

Go back to the main screen, click the 3-dot menu, and click refresh. This is a Gmail security check for long-time inactivity.

How long does it take to see the data updated?​

For each new file saving, it takes up to 5 minutes to process your upload. Your folder data should update automatically.
